- Goal- and result-oriented management of the company in the field of tension between political and business interests
- The strategic and operational overall management of the internal commercial, logistical and technical departments are among your main tasks
- Furthermore, investment planning and maintaining good relationships with political decision-makers and business partners are of particular importance
- Another important part of the tasks is working in public through persuasiveness and strong communication skills
- Further development of employees and enthusiasm for the common goals
- Several years of professional and management experience, ideally in a transport company (bus)
- Successfully completed business studies, preferably with a focus on transport economics
